Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser and sent with requests to the website that set them. Local storage also saves information in your browser, but does not automatically send it with each request.
Your preferences and sign-in
We save your light or dark theme choice in local storage under the key theme, not in a cookie. It remains there until you change it or clear the site's browser storage.
When you sign in, Supabase stores session information in your browser so you can access subscriber content. Clearing that storage signs you out. A saved session does not by itself grant a newsletter subscription or access to internal intelligence data.
Analytics and external services
The production website loads Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and cookie preferences. Google Analytics can use cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and maintain session information. Their lifetime depends on the analytics configuration and your browser settings.
CookieYes manages cookie preferences through that configuration. Hosting and security services are provided by Cloudflare, with supporting services on Hetzner. Embedded media may contact external providers when you load or play it.
Managing stored information
You can review, block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser's privacy settings. Clearing all site data also removes your saved theme and sign-in session. Blocking storage may prevent those features from working.
Where the cookie preference control is available, you can use it to review your choices. Browser tracking protection provides additional controls. This website does not currently implement a separate response to the browser's Do Not Track signal.
